Victoria Park - at 1.50 am I call the police to say that I heard a broken window, I would say a neighbour, with the flashlight I can not see anything. At 2.35am still no sign of the police = if someone has entered a house and potentially still there to make his own affairs. At 2.36 am I hear a gunshot? (or a similar sound) maybe a 22mm. I call the police immediately ... I explain and she tells me that "no one else called" (but it goes .. at 1.50am in general people sleep ...). the operator's question: "how do you know it was a gunshot?" answer "I was in the Air Forces" and I think: she doesn’t watch television? ... At 2.52 am a police call and I immediately ask why they did not come; answer: "they did the check" and I say: "I did not see anyone (I was checking on the balcony for half an hour) the check must be done on foot! not passing by a car and check the front yards (front gardens to the houses), do not go with the car! " I did not see any police cars anyway. At 3.04am a police car without signs but with the flashing lights passes by without stopping, makes an U-turn and disappears after 30 seconds “patrolling”...
